This post is, most importantly, a sneak peek post for Jenn and Kevin. I tried to keep it to one photo, but couldn’t help myself. So here are four of my early favorites ~ stay tuned for more this weekend!
This first photo also serves to reassure all of us in Colorado that springtime IS here… despite the snow yesterday. Everything is blooming, and wedding season is just around the corner 
Jess and Dave are awesome. We had engagement photo extravaganza day last weekend, and I had a blast! We started early in a surprise snow at Three Sisters’ Park in Evergreen with their adorable pup Morrison – who proved rather talented in the photobombing department – and ended at sunset at the Capitol building – with very little break in between!
We did find time for some whiskey at Dave’s favorite place, Stranahan’s Distillery in Denver (if you have never been there – GO. Best grilled cheese ever.) I’m saving those photos- and some other downtown shots – for a second post. For now, here are Jess and Dave in Evergreen. Congrats you two!
Of course, the ONLY day it rained in Denver for the entire month of September was the day of my friends Steph and Jared’s engagement/Save-the-Date shoot. But in typical Steph and Jared fashion, they thought up two fabulous covered places to shoot – Cheeseman Park, and the Denver Performing Arts Center.
I was very worried at first about the lighting situation… I was still working with only an on-camera flash at the time. But the darker, downtown vibe turned out beautifully because of Steph and Jared’s humor, fun personalities, and obvious love for each other. I know they are counting the days till their Evergreen wedding next year!
